Having been Managing Director for 9 years, Leah has been committed to delivering high standards across all aspects of the business. Her previous experience within project management and financial planning has enabled high performance levels, without sacrificing daily financial and operational duties.
Adam Emon, Contracts Manager
Adam is an experienced Customer Care Manager with a demonstrated history of working in Construction. Having spent 20 years previously working to the highest standards in the Marine industry has meant that Adam has brought a high level of workmanship and customer satisfaction to the Construction Industry. Skilled in Manufacturing, Composites, Management, Customer Service, Problem Solving, Thorough Investigative Work and Contract Management.
Johnathon Dewey, Operations Manager
Johnathon has been in the Construction industry for 6 years and has worked as Quantity Surveyor, Project Manager and Site Manager for Principle Construction Ltd and Kier. Previous roles within Retail and Distribution Operational Management help to fulfil his current role as Operations Manager which encompasses all the roles above as well as including streamlining processes and implementing policies including Health and Safety aspects.
Daniel Bolt, Project Manager
Daniel oversees the day-to-day management of clients, contracts, individual projects and workforce, providing a safe, cost-efficient and quality service while maintaining a happy workforce.
