Principle Construction Ltd was started in 2019 to address a gap in the market for a contractor with our skills and expertise, specifically for national housebuilders. There was a need for a principle contractor under Construction Design and Management regulations (CDM) with extensive knowledge in multiple areas, that could quickly identify and rectify issues, ensuring the requirements of CDM were met. The majority of contractors were unable to provide such a high level of health and safety documentation in line with CDM regulations.
Although Principle Construction Ltd are geographically based on the South Coast we work with our contractors nationally.
What do we offer?
Principle Construction Ltd offer all aspects of construction work, from groundworks to final finishing works. Our specialism is resilient bar ceilings, fire barrier works, GRP and roof works, and sourcing and remediating water ingress issues.
We pride ourselves on our ability to offer our clients a truly bespoke inspection and remediation service, unrivalled by other contractors in this area. All our contractors meet all standards within their specific industry and hold all relevant insurances and qualifications, including NAPFIS for fire barrier works.
Principle Construction Ltd has an in-house customer relationship management system, which can also incorporate our clients’ systems, to keep customers and clients up to date on the progression of work in an efficient manner.
